OCR Conversion to Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Access or PDF Searchable
(OCR) Optical Character Recognition is the process of creating editable files from paper documents. Capture All Limited specializes in providing complete OCR Scanning and OCR Conversion services to almost any required format, such as OCR Conversion to Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Access, PDF Searchable, HTML and CSV formats enabling Companies to make quick changes and full text search.
OCR Data Accuracy
The OCR accuracy depends upon the quality of the original document and printed text quality. If your documents are printed on a fairly good quality printer then we can achieve an accuracy of up-to 99.995% from your documents. If your documents have tables, we can also OCR the text from your tables. Pictures, graphics and drawing objects can also be formatted within your OCR document. So at completion your OCR document would appear exactly the same as the original document and now you can edit or search the document by its contents.
OCR Conversion (Quality Control)
We provide a comprehensive proofreading service for your converted OCR data. This is to ensure the highest possible level of accuracy has been achieved throughout the OCR scanning and conversion process. Form Scanning
Capture All Limited can scan a multitude of forms such as questionnaires, applications and surveys.

The captured information can either be returned as images, or the data extracted and supplied in the format of choice i.e. Microsoft Access, Excel etc.
The extracted data is double keyed and verified to ensure accuracy levels of 99.9%
